Watch directories for images and auto upload to discord chan using that chans webhook link.
Replace the directories and webhook links with your own and then launch the script using the .bat file and .py file or by using the .exe file.
When a new file is saved in the directorie it will automatically be uploaded to discord using the given webhook.
