Already have a bunch of tweaks to app.json over in #4116, so I've added these changes over there; can close this one. |

@szymjaw @mddub can you release an publish minimed-connect-to-nightscout to npmjs.org? We don't allow links to github branches from security perspective. Please make sure mddub/minimed-connect-to-nightscout#11 is merged and the new version is published. Then use this version in Nightscout package.json

Added location for Carelink server.
Configuration for all Carelink uploaders:
MMCONNECT_USER_NAME = CarelinkUsername
MMCONNECT_PASSWORD = CarelinkPasword
MMCONNECT_SERVER = set to EU if your Carelink server is https://carelink.minimed.eu, any others set https://carelink.minimed.com
"mmconnect" should be always enabled.
If are you using Guardian Connect , please enable upbat for transmitter battery status display.
Working on Heroku, Azure, Ubuntu local server.
