Project emDNA

This is the main repository for the emDNA minimization software package developed by Nicholas Clauvelin. This is a C++ software package currently housed by the Olson Biopolymer Structures laboratory at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ).

Organization set-up into three directories: 'emDNA', 'DNASim', and 'Documentation'
