Notable Changes

• Reworked app structure & reactivity workflow to be more compliant
• Upgrade code necessary to be compliant with R 4.0 and new package updates
• Use renv for better package control & creating reproducible environments
• UI loading/busy spinner now use waiter package for better aesthetics
• Data completeness screening is done using naniar package and the plot is subsequently made interactive by feeding the output to Plotly R
