Colloquy To Textual

Converts Colloquy's XML transcripts to Textual's plain text format.

Usage looks like @python convert_colloquy_to_textual </path/to/Colloquy Transcripts>@. This generates a converted directory that maps to Textual's layout & fills it with the converted logs.
