Update list of supported NGINX versions

Proposed changes

• Add Ubuntu noble (24.04) to the list of NGINX OSS and NGINX Plus tested and supported distributions.
• Add Ubuntu matic (23.10) to the list of supported NGINX OSS distributions.
• Remove Ubuntu lunar (23.04) from the list of supported NGINX OSS distributions.
