Variables for gzip_static

the gzip_static module does not have variables exposed so it is not possible to use it, although it is possible to install it during the installation

I will work on adding support for gzip_static asap. Not all modules have been implemented and some of the more niche ones have been slowly implemented when requested by a user. In the meantime, you should be able to use the custom_directives parameter to use gzip_static.
