Fix meta.id to meta.sample for early tests on sample sheet #760

During 2.9.0 the meta element was changed to contain more details.
During that procedure, the sample sheet column sampleID was added to meta.sample instead of meta.id. Some early tests and error messages were not adapted though, this is fixed here.
