Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Applications that currently us the Vert.x Reactive PostgreSQL Client do not have their DB calls recognized by the agent. Existing PostgreSQL instrumentation does not apply to this client.

Feature Description

Need agent support for this PostgreSQL Client.

Describe Alternatives

N/A

Additional context

May be able to use the existing agent PostgreSQL instrumentation as a starting point (not sure).
