This brings performance js components into the module. The layout is slightly updated to reflect sections better.
All user-facing text has been placed into a default text file in the module and prepped for translations, but the module is also set up to allow a plugin to override any text.
This also adds the Cypress test to the module in the proper place so the plugin can pick it up when it runs tests.
