This PR fixes the URLs of two annotation files, which were accidently modified in previous pull requests. This commit fixes Issue #99

This commit fixes the URLs of two annotation files, which were
accidently modified in PR#20 (for the thickness data) and in PR#84 (for the norgaard2021 data). This commit also fixes Issue#99
