Enables Kodiak for this repo.
As a result adding the
automergelabel to any PR will add it to the merge queue.Kodiak will efficiently sync each PR with
mainbefore merging it.Ideally we would like Kodiak to handle renovate PRs too, to prevent renovate bot from re-syncing PRs with
main, but we're blocked by chdsbd/kodiak#701- Test plan
