Following up #5807 we are updating our README to inform our users about the existence of stable channel option

Change these:

If you facing problems with the standard install, you can also append `--stable-channel` to fetch and install the last known stable version

You can also append `--stable-channel` to fetch and install only the official releases from GitHub, instead of the nightly builds.
