Does Neuron have a pre-release workflow, or will it be released normally with a GitHub pre-release mark in the release list?

Neuron's pre-release won't be pushed to users while this upgrade is expected to be massively adopted.

Two xudt has been sent ,and block height is reached，but neuron in testnet light client can not see these two transactions.
