Using the sandbox in an environment that has an HTTP proxy has issues. There may be additional similar issues.

One idea is to clone the GitHub repos into Gitea during sandbox creation, and then point Porch at those instead of GitHub directly. There is also some functionality to work with a Docker mirror, but we may want to run a local image registry.
