Use an env, seems like `CONDA_PREFIX` doesn't exist if just using the base env, this causes the runfile to not have `#!/bin/bash` at the top and screw up the whole runfile

Yay the subprocesses for mcorr, cnmf, cnmfe actually run. Now need to try out the new caiman temp dir stuff to push mcorr into separate dirs |
need to setup `caiman_data` dir to get CNN model files for CNMF eval

Merging anyways for now, will wait until caiman mcorr can be done in separate dirs. |
