GameVoting v1.9.3

Fixed: Issues #46, #48

Changes:

• name of the plugin file.
• name of the plugin translation file.
• name of the plugin configuration (will be generated from scratch!).

Removed:

• logs from the log folder.
• plugin smx file - can be compiled manually and added to the release package.

Fixes:

• detecting VIP with flag a as an admin.

Please remove all old plugin files from your server before useing this release.

• addons\sourcemod\translations\phrases.gv.txt
• addons\sourcemod\scripting\gv.sp
• cfg\sourcemod\gv.cfg

The new version fo the plugin will generate config file gamevoting.cfg from scratch.
