Improved inverting of red and green for built in mkr wifi 1010 LED

Adds ability to set max strength per colour then all calls to set colour with range 0 - 255 are scaled to the max strength.
Fixed bug where inverting RGB pins for some MKR wifi 1010 board on board RGB LED would also iinveret colours on external LEDS
