Typo: Kanskje "lag en build-fil" eller bare "lag build-fil"

Er et nytt forsøk på å ta i bruk gar.
Problemet som er nenvt her er fortsatt ikke løst.
Derfor har jeg tatt i bruk upload artifact action som er nevnt som workaround.
Vi er nødt til å gjøre dette fordi det blir obligatorisk med GAR fra 1. april se kontext her.
Velger å ta dev workflowen først så kommer prod workflow senere.
