I'm not sure I see the benefit of updating poetry.lock (which describes the dev environment for the plugin) to fix a security vulnerability, but the diffs look fine to me.

CI is failing because the pylint step is building a Docker image from ghcr.io/nautobot/nautobot-dev:1.3.3-py3.7, which has Poetry 1.1.x pre-installed, but the poetry.lock is now generated from Poetry 1.2.x. Looks like python-poetry/poetry#4242 (comment) describes the issue with Poetry 1.1.x.

Probably the best workaround is to explicitly poetry self update as part of our Dockerfile?
