Describe the bug
UT_SetForceFail was refactored to UT_SetDefaultReturnValue for nasa/osal#559. It needs to have its name changed here as well.

Expected behavior
Change UT_SetForceFail to UT_SetDefaultReturnValue

Additional context
Part of nasa/osal#559
