Recent version of
protoc, which is installed as part of grpc/grpc, extractedprotoc-gen-jsinto a separate plugin.This PR installs the missing plugin in order to be able to upgrade to gRPC version >= 1.49.
The solution is based off of Generate js file from proto file with protoc v21.1 protocolbuffers/protobuf-javascript#127 (comment)
Also fixing
TS_PROTO_VERSIONvalue which was not pulled correctly into the docker image.
