Effortless YouTube Audio, Anywhere:

  • Instant Playback: Simply paste a YouTube video link into the search bar and enjoy the audio instantly.
  • Share to Play: Install ytify as an app, and it seamlessly integrates with your device's share menu. Share any YouTube link, and ytify will start playing the audio.
  • Personalized Library (Optional): While you can use ytify directly without a Library, a personalized Library enhances your experience.
  • Ultra-Efficient Bandwidth Usage: ytify is designed for minimal data consumption, ensuring smooth playback even on slow internet connections. Optimize further by disabling thumbnails in settings which also reduces energy consumption.
  • Seamless Playback with Queue: The Queue prefetches the next audio, minimizing loading times and creating an uninterrupted listening experience.
  • Easy Sharing: Long-press the song title to share the currently playing audio.
  • Automatic History: Your listening history is automatically saved in the Library.
  • Discover New Audio: Explore a selection of recommended videos in the 'Discover' section, curated from the audios you listen to. Control history and discovery storage in settings.
  • Streamlined Stream Management: The 3-dot menu on each stream provides options to manage your listening, including the powerful "Add To" feature.
  • Collections (Playlists): Organize your audio streams into custom collections (ytify's term for playlists, distinct from YouTube's own playlists).
  • Playlist Management: Subscribe to YouTube playlists (read-only) or import them as editable ytify collections.
  • Pre-built Collections: ytify includes essential collections: History, Discover, Favorites, and Listen Later (for bookmarking streams).
  • Local Storage & Backup: Your Library (approximately 1MB) is stored locally in your browser data. Regularly back up your data using the export function in settings. Your browser data will remain untouched by cloud sync.
  • Cloud Sync (Temporary & Non-Restorable After 1 Week): Library Cloud Sync provides a temporary backup, syncing your library on each visit. Important: If inactive for a week, the data will be permanently erased from the server and cannot be restored. To get your data back, you must log in with an empty library before the one-week period expires.
  • Reset Option: If you encounter a blank screen, use https://ytify.pp.ua?reset to reset ytify without clearing your library.
