[data grid] Column name has been read out twice by macOS VoiceOver

Steps to reproduce 🕹

1 open link with Chrome or Safari
2. open mac built-in voice over
3. use tab to tab into grid and then use left and right navigate to grid column name
4. column name has been read out twice

Thank you for reporting the issue. It seems like aria-label on a higher semantic level is also being called out in addition to the label of column header.
