Description
This pull request updates the
torchandtorchaudiodependencies across multiple requirement files to specific versions. The changes ensure compatibility and consistency across different environments such as CPU, CUDA, and ROCm.Pins to version 2.4.1 - 2.5.0 was just released but many backends aren't compatible yet.
