#247 設定画面でカンマとピリオドの入力時の句読点としてどれを入力できるかを設定できるようにします。
読点はデフォルト と
、と，(全角カンマ) の3通りから、句点はデフォルトと。と．(全角ピリオド) の3通りから選択できます。デフォルトでは「ローマ字かな変換ルールに従う」としています (なにもカスタマイズしていなければ
、と。)
