Issue Description

When we set a difficulty between 1 and 2, the disabled cell can be erased by the algorithm

Stacktrace

Not applicable

Steps to reproduce

maze-generator-cli -s 50 -d 1 -i 20

Expected behavior

The disabled cells must not be erased
