Test release seemed to work fine. This is definitely ugly and a bit hacky compared to Azure Pipelines still, but I feel like it's a better location for an OSS project, so will probably switch over anyhow. |

Mostly doing this as a test, since they are the same underneath, but this may make it easier to be managed as a OSS project. Also a good way to experiment with seeing what is supported in the new GHA format and what is still missing, since our pipeline here is fairly complex.
