updated documentation to use Algorand Sandbox 2.0. Not sure how many use kmd.

Updated kmd address and token for Sandbox 2.0

Cargo file update

main.rs test case. assumes the user is connecting to Algorand Sandbox 2.0. Cucumber tests and Kmd support still pending.

Update Cargo.toml

updated examples to work with Algorand Sandbox 2.0

Updated example to display more Sandbox data.

Added more verbose Algorand client output data.

updated kmd address for sign_submit_transaction

Removed main.rs test file. Use /examples/ for using Rust Algorand SDK

seems to be more stable with v 6.0 of cucumber. I will need to look into this
