It seems like a good idea to automatically "freeze" a tool when one collapse ("iconify") the window.

That way tools that are not visible do not do unnecessary computation when something is propagated

Question is: should we go back to "follow" mode when re-maximizing the window ?
And if so, what if the tool was already frozen (manually) before the window was collapsed ?
