* can now update output[n].scale(_) with .scale = {note list}, so it can be dynamically set like a regular table (#373)

Fixes crow in
iifollower mode. It's a bit of a hack, but works well with the known usage of Teletype.Needs testing of crow to crow, but it should work as before as crow triggers
follow_requestdirectly, rather than sequentially_actionthen_request.
