INT-586 instance details rebased on master #155

  • instance details in sidebar, including enterprise detection
  • zero state for instances without collections, plus link to re-open another connection
  • sampling metrics (currently just logged as debug messages)
  • larger default window size (1280x800)
  • reload button to refresh collections
  • sampling message moved below refine bar and includes collection count

moved sampling-message into refine view
zero-state for no collections now has functioning link to re-open the connect dialog.

There's an issue with the titlebar text ("undefined/config.settings (cluster26)") but unlikely due to this PR. LGTM!
