Mondo term (ID and Label)
MONDO:0030038 'glaucoma, primary closed-angle' is classified as a child of 'hereditary disease', but it is not present in the 'eye disorder branch.' Is it possible to merge this term with MONDO:0030038 'glaucoma, primary closed-angle'?

Reason for deprecation
Possibly refer to the same concept?

@sabrinatoro not sure if these changes to the mondo-tags.owl file are okay?

I did this merger manually because the owl tools command was not working on my computer for some reason.
