Documented weekSettings opt in DateTime

Added weekSettings option in the doc for the following methods in DateTime
1. fromMillis
2. fromSeconds
3. fromObject
4. fromISO
5. fromRFC2822
6. fromHTTP
7. fromFormat
8. fromSQL
