Σκοπός v1.0.1.0 for KSP 1.12.x

First bugfix of Σκοπός
Sets network visibility to off by default, which should at least suppress the issue of opening the map view causing significant amounts of lag when the network visibility is on, and provide general QoL.

Currently the only supported Skopos feature is the telecom feature. More details can be found in the wiki.
This mod only contains .dlls and basic configs, it will not function on it's own and will require a contract pack. The only Skopos contract pack configured at the time of release is RP-1.
This mod requires RealAntennas (and it's dependencies) to function.
