Baseline correction using adaptive iteratively reweighted penalized least squares

It is an javascript implementation of airpls using cholesky decomposition and reverse Cuthill-Mckee method for reducing the bandwidth of sparse linear systems, obtaining a fast baseline fitter.

Installation

$ npm install ml-airpls
