[LIBSEARCH-998] Add link to I.L.L. for the "no results" message in all four search types #480

Overview

In an effort to improve access to Interlibrary Loan services from Library Search, particularly when the user does NOT find the resource they were looking for, a new option has been added to the list of 0-results searches:

This pull request closes LIBSEARCH-998.

Testing

  • Make sure the PR is consistent in these browsers:
    • Chrome
    • Firefox
    • Safari
    • Edge
  • Run accessibility tests:
    • WAVE
    • ARC Toolkit
    • axe DevTools
  • Make a 0 result request in all datastores.
    • Does the new bullet show up as the second one in the list?
    • Does the link work?
    • Does it end in ?utm_source=library-search-no-items for tracking?
