We are unable to understand your request.
Here's what you need to write in each of the parameters:

• owner
  • username: your GitHub username
  • email: your Organisation's email
• target
  • CNAME
    • name: your desired subdomain
    • value: your existing hosted website

Also, you need to change the filename from mlhajipur to hajipur.
