I checked out the code recently to work on issue #98 Self Hosting.
I found it quite difficult to understand the
process.env.<KEY>options.In particular, which options were set at build time and which set at runtime.
I've updated the
README.mdto try document these options.In the future, I hope to submit a PR for issue #98 to allow certain flags be set at runtime rather than build time, for example:
