Replace name hash buffer with +Buffer (#378)

No idea if this is desirable at this point or not so feel free to
ignore, but I had the idle thought while poking at this code that this
could be using a `+Buffer` stored in `+Mirth` instead of a global buffer
and I wanted a chance to learn how `+Buffer` works.
