Installation

Requires conda to be installed (e.g. Anaconda in Windows)

Download software by clicking on the on the green "Code" button above, followed by "Download ZIP" in the dropdown menu.
Unpack ZIP file.
Double-click on the install.bat script. This will open a terminal window. Type y and press ENTER for all prompts.
To open the GUI software, double-click on the start.bat script. This will open a terminal window and GUI.
