New environment is needed for MOJFIN, it will just be used for testing sanitised data uploaded to the RDS.

MoJ Finance database (MOJFIN) is a replacement for the EDW003 database that was in place on the 6DG zdb15 server, which also houses EDW005. The applications that use and populate the database are looked after by Will Moran and Raj Mundra.
