Add macie2:* to MemberInfrastructureAccess for everyone

As an engineer
I want to make sure macie2:* is available to all
So that anyone setting up macie access doesn't have to worry about ensuring security is set

Value / Purpose

This will ensure anyone who wants to use Macie can set it up and have it run with no issues.

Add macie2:* to the MemberInfrastructureAccess global role

Proposal / Unknowns

If this isn't done the role will have to be amended whenever anyone wants to set up Macie access
