Couple of enhancements to healthcheck following WLS_TAGSAR issue on prod:

  • healthcheck does not monitor WLS_TAGSAR
  • healthcheck must fail twice before server is removed from the load balancer
  • healthcheck restart does not remove the keepalive file
  • WLS_TAGSAR process now monitored by cloudwatch since it is excluded from healthcheck
