Hitomi has both a tag extractor and a search extractor, so yes, it should be possible.

Enable parent-metadata and you'll get a search_tags metadata field for galleries with 428eb53

Yes, just try it out. It may not be listed by -K/--list-keywords, but it is available as long as you are downloading galleries from search results and parent-metadata is enabled.
