Would be great to have a plugin for this.
Gallery_Get already supports it:

(But I prefer gallery-dl because it’s much more userfriendly and better maintained/features.

Support for single galleries and all galleries of a user on Pornhub is done as well (c73c2cd).

Same problem as on Xhamster, except worse. Image width is restricted to 575 pixels and height gets adjusted to preserve aspect ratio. The same 2048x2048 test image from before got reduced to 575x575.

Removing or (randomly) changing the (m=...) and (mh=...) values doesn't work ("Not authorized"), and figuring out how to compute them isn't really a possibility, I believe.
