Not yet, a tag extractor for aryion has not been implemented so far. Only posts and galleries.

Just to make sure, this is about downloading from URLs like https://aryion.com/g4/tags.php?tag=star+wars, and not about downloading the tags metadata of posts, @VanishingBlaze ?`

Yes. This is about urls like
https://aryion.com/g4/tags.php?tag=star+wars

I don't know how it is with the API but the pages go past 200 (if it's a large tag) if you edit the URL manually.
On the site itself there's no way to get past page 200 it seems.

Manually increment the 'p' query parameter,
instead of relying on a "Next" link which only works up to page 200.
