The thing is that after a certain amount of pages it requires the user to solve a captcha to proceed.

Solving the captcha with the browser seems to take care of the problem (the captcha seems to re-enable the reading of the manga for an IP).

Yeah, I've experienced the same when testing stuff while writing the extractor. I've now added login support for tsumino, hoping that being logged in circumvents this problem somehow. Otherwise you could try to add some delay between downloads (--sleep, extractor.sleep), maybe that helps.
