Not all Twitter images are being downloaded - some greyed out?

for e.g. if there are multiple images in a single twitter post, only 1 will be downloaded. i see that in command prompt some of the image files are green, which are downloaded, and some are grey, which aren't. how to fix this?

Change your filename format so that it produces different names for these files.
The default one does it by including {num}.
