🚀 who am i?

i'm a 19yo ee who enjoys building things. currently obsessed with everything chips.

👨‍💻 currently, i am:

  • learning EE from first principles @ the university of waterloo w/ the $120K schulich leaders scholarship [press release]
  • building a 10μm chip fab in my dorm room, aiming to create an open-source chip fab process for <$10K and ~1,000 transistors [announcement] [memo]
  • designing ASICs--currently burning a GPT-2 layer on silicon, with past projects including a tpu-like systolic array & and a neuromorphic chip for neural implants—ISSCC pending [gpt2 repo WIP] [sys array repo]
  • pursuing scrappy hardware & software projects [portfolio]
